This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation.

Resolution:
Open command prompt run as administrator and paste the below
command:
REG ADD
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\
/v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2
